‘Hello everyone! My name is Roxie and I am a 3 year old Boxer cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier. After I came into the pound I waited for 7 days for someone to come and take me home but no one came. So now All Dogs Matter are trying to find me a forever home.’ Roxie is a sweet girl who has been friendly and affectionate with her fosterers. She is house trained and knows some basic commands. She’s picking up more commands quickly and has learned how to stay and how to lie down in a short space of time.
She doesn’t beg for food, go on the furniture (unless she’s invited!) and travels well in the car. She can be left on her own for a couple of hours and will settle down happily. Roxie can share her new home with children of 8 and above. Roxie has been good with dogs when she’s been out and about, so we think she could possibly live with a calm male. She can’t live with cats.
We think that Roxie will make a great companion for anyone lucky enough to adopt her!
